- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office is fabulous! I had progressive insurance before and had been a long term customer of theirs, but decided to change to State Farm after Olimpia and her friendly Staff gave me a lower quote with more coverage and I added Renters Insurance (which I hadn't even been offered before). Now I have a friendly face I can turn to with any questions or issues I have with my insurance in the future. I love the idea that I can always talk to a live person, especially that I can talk to the same live people. It is a HUGE up-grade from the telemarketing like service I was getting at progressive.
